- Everybody will write, memorize, and give a 1-minute speech in the next class; the speech can be on any topic you like.
- Make sure to memorize it, and practice the speech 10 times every day.
- Write up some questions you have for Aunty, get it in a chit to maintain privacy. Online people can write it to Aunty in chat privately.

- Write down 2 activities that you wanted to try or your parents wanted you to try, but you never did, then write down 3 reasons why you do not want to do these activities. After writing the 3 reasons, ask yourself if this reason is valid, or if it makes sense
- In the next class, you have to give a 1-minute speech on why you like Aunty’s class
- Instructions:
- Write down the speech and memorize it
- Time yourself while you practice saying the speech
- Give genuine reasons why you like Aunty’s class

- Realistic
- Not to be written to impress anyone
- Truthful to yourself, because you only have yourself 24/7
- If you are actually going to study only an hour a day write it down, just be honest and don't lie to yourself

Under that write your goals for each and assign time to them. Remember, sleeping, bathing, eating are necessary and come under healthcare.
